You've spent so much time designing and building your lovely home. You've carefully chosen a construction team and worked closely with the project manager to ensure everything is done to your exact specifications.
The construction crew has been concerned about finishing every little detail with expertise. The trim is flawlessly attached to the wall. And the kitchen cabinets are level without a fault. The tile work in the bathroom shower has been perfectly spaced.
But when the dust settles, what does the inside of the toilet look like?
While you're building your new home, the construction crew needs to bring in practical things to help the build process - such as a port a potty.
But once the plumbing has been completed and the toilets are installed - the port a potty is removed from the site.

Your construction crew can pack away fast food breakfasts and microwave burritos like no body's business - and yes, they're using your new toilets.
Is this bad? Absolutely not. They're humans and need to go somewhere.
But are the toilets completely scrubbed out before you move in? Well, not all the time.
Besides clean toilets, often times, construction dust and small pieces of debris need to be cleaned. This usually isn't anything super serious, but a layer of fine construction dust all over your new, custom countertops can hinder unpacking.
We'd love working with construction companies or homeowners to clean and sanitize the space before move in day.
