What Is Included In The Expert Clean?

This is the granddaddy of clean.

We literally add an extra person to our crew to make the Expert Clean a reality.

This service is perfect for a home that has been neglected - or for anyone who doesn't want to lift a finger cleaning before moving in.

We're serious about this one. We literally pull out white glove to check for dust on surfaces.

The Expert Clean includes everything form the Quick Clean and the Deep Clean list, including:

Disinfect Surfaces: We'll go through and wipe down and disinfect each surface in your home. This is a thorough once-over to give you the confidence to unpack your items into a disinfected space.

Interior Mirrors + Glass + Casing: Next we catch all of your reflective surfaces and wipe around each window. When you're finally in your home - you'll want to quietly sit on your couch, sipping your coffee, staring out of your streak-free windows.

Sweep / Vacuum / Mop Floors: There's nothing more lovely than seeing the vacuum lines in your carpet - or staring at your reflection in a freshly swept and mopped floors. But we'll do all the work for you! For any bathroom or kitchen floors - we'll check these twice (especially around the base of each toilet - and corners in the kitchen).

Inside Fridge + Stove + Dishwasher: Spilled, crusty milk in the fridge? Stubborn grease on the stovetop? Left over food still in the food trap of the dishwasher? This is the gunky grime that no one wants to touch - but we're hear to blast it away!

Crown Molding + Baseboards: From the top to the bottom - we're destroying cobwebs and dust. The best part? You're not the one climbing on step stools or crawling on the ground to clean these eye-sore areas.

Ceiling Fans + Light Fixtures: These one are the toughest to clean. And I can't begin to tell you about how many dust coated ceiling fans I've seen. We'll go to the highest heights (literally) to clean these spots. Please let us know if your home has vaulted ceilings (over 10 feet) so we can bring a larger ladder.

But the Expert Clean includes even more than the above:

Wipe Blinds: These are one of the last items people even pay attention to when moving out. You don't want to get a face full of someone else's dust when raising your blinds for the first time.

Wipe Walls: Walls can hold onto odors from smoking, cooking, and everyday life. Giving your walls a once-ver is a great way to eliminate smells and prep your home (for possible future painting or touch ups). If your walls go beyond 10ft, please let us know so we can bring the proper ladders.

Inside Garbage and Recycling Bin: Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I know this hasn't been cleaned. In fact, it may even be filled with the previous owner's garbage. This is a nasty job - but if you're storing garbage and recycling bins in your garage - this is even more of a necessity.

Shampoo Carpets and Rugs: Even with carpet that has been well cared for over the years - it's a nice feeling to shampoo out any dead skin cells, dust mites, bacteria, or allergens. This is vital for anyone moving in with little kids or pets.

Tile and Grout: The elbow grease is really used for this one. When we say scrub, we mean SCRUB. We pay close attention to warm, moist areas - like inside your shower and around entryways.
